I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of Florence next to the stunning Duomo. The rooms were modern and spacious, with a breathtaking view of the Duomo from my balcony. The service was exceptional, especially when they accommodated my request for a room on a lower level. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, and I appreciated the attention to detail. However, dining options were limited, and that was a slight downside during my visit.

Wow, I couldn't have asked for a better location! Right in the heart of Florence, close to all the main attractions. The rooms were recently renovated with soundproof windows and a very comfortable bed, perfect for a family trip. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, but the downside was the bathroom being next to the front desk.
